We offer a 14-day free trial on our website builder packages (Starter and Growth). You may cancel your subscription trial at any point during this period without any charges.
Due to the isolated database provisioning and domain mapping costs associated with each active project setup, we do not issue automatic refunds on monthly billing packages once the trial completes. Refund requests can be audited on a case-by-case basis by contacting support.
If you choose to downgrade from the Enterprise or Growth plan to the Starter plan, your gated modules will be locked at the end of your billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for mid-month plan changes.
