Subscribing to our plans (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) gives you a non-exclusive license to use our multi-tenant website builder. Premium modules (WhatsApp integration, Intelligence Analytics) are gated according to your package and must not be bypassed.
All template code, visual assets, CSS styles, and database isolation engines are the intellectual property of OGStart and its parent entities. You retain all rights to the custom products, portfolios, and store information uploaded to your isolated database.
